Alex Hormozi’s Ultimate Growth System – EP 2

May 21, 2025

Starting from scratch isn’t easy, but what if you could see results in just six days?

That’s exactly what happened with my SaaS startup, Vubli.ai.

With a new growth strategy, I managed to rack up 16,000 views across various platforms, and I’m thrilled to share how it’s unfolding.

This isn’t just about numbers; it’s about finding a natural and effective way to create content that resonates.

Here’s how I got there and what you can learn from my journey.

Vubli.ai: The Software Powering My Growth

Vubli.ai is designed to simplify your video marketing efforts by posting short-form content across major social media platforms with just one click.

It takes your video, creates the meta content using AI, and distributes it to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.

I’ve been leveraging this tool as part of my growth strategy, and the results have been promising.

Shifting from Founder Mode to Growth Mode

Running a startup, especially one without a co-founder, means wearing many hats.

For a while, I was consumed by the development side, working closely with my team of developers.

I loved the creative feedback loop of building and implementing ideas, but this focus meant I initially neglected growth and marketing.

“When it comes to marketing stuff, oftentimes the effort you put in today, you only see the results weeks or months later.”

Recognizing this imbalance, I knew it was time to shift gears and dive into growth strategies.

Inspiration from Nathan Barry and Alex Hormozi

Watching Nathan Barry’s podcast provided valuable insights into building a successful SaaS business.

However, I needed more detailed steps on finding and reaching the right audience.

That’s when I revisited Alex Hormozi’s book, *$100 Million Leads*, which filled in the gaps with actionable steps.

“When the student is ready, the master appears.”

The book outlines four key activities: warm outreach, cold outreach, content creation, and running ads.

I adapted these strategies to suit my business, focusing initially on outreach and content.

Warm and Cold Outreach

Starting with warm outreach, I compiled a list of contacts and aimed to reach out to 100 people a day.

Though I haven’t hit that number yet, the responses and ideas I’ve gained have been invaluable.

Cold outreach follows a similar process, using email and other methods to connect with potential users.

Creating Engaging Content

I launched a video podcast as part of my content strategy, receiving 16,000 views in just six days.

Inspired by Kristen Poborski, I use AI to transform long-form content into multiple short-form video ideas.

ChatGPT helps generate 21 content ideas from each podcast episode, allowing me to maintain a consistent posting schedule.

“Your hook is like 80 to 90% of the success of your video.”

Results and Next Steps

In just a short time, my efforts have started to yield inquiries and potential sales for Vubli.

Platforms like YouTube and TikTok have shown the most engagement, proving the effectiveness of a tailored content strategy.

I plan to continue refining my systems, expanding my outreach, and eventually incorporating ads based on the insights gained from initial efforts.
